There is another variable that improves a willful journey; moreover, a free willful journey. Care from others offers higher rewards brought by a positive mindset. A relative, friend, or unknown donator who cares provides a mindset that I should do this from within the thankful client. The contributors can focus on what they do best and contribute. I feel many people would respond if care for their concerns were more abundant. One person, a small group, a medium-sized company, up to a large firm; moreover, needs the privacy advantage remote consulting can offer. Personal issues may not surface in a group setting? Speaking of weakness or the need for help when others are present isn’t an easy thing to do. No one wants to be the weak link in the chain.

A Consulting Truth

Nowadays, humans showing weaknesses isn’t typical for individuals, without enough resources to fix their issues. Pride is the one thing they can claim at this level of life’s struggles. Sometimes the truth hurts or is embarrassing for the client to admit. The boss should have the resources to fix many personal issues. Why should the boss care? One stressed-out employee can spoil a profitable business? If everyone is on the path to sound finances, health/fitness, founded on positive spiritual health; moreover, it is good. The consulting truth is that experience is always a better teacher. However, when it comes to the loss of life. Learning from the other boss’s mistake is a better lesson learned? An issue that could’ve gotten addressed is a truth that hurts. The embarrassment is the least of your concerns when life matters. When truths hurt, a client that knows you care is the best fix.

Experience, and Real life

Knowing how a client feels is easier if you’ve traveled on a similar path. Placing yourself in the client’s shoes is easier if you’ve worn them. If clients understand you’ve worn their shoes, they’re more likely to open up to you. Unfortunately, I’ve worn many shoes of struggles and pains: so, I seek to help clients avoid the same experiences. I can confidently tell clients; furthermore, their pains have value. Again, some lessons are better learned when pain is present? Empathy is likely present when pain is shared or experienced in your own life. Professionals who haven’t experienced pain or struggles in life will find it hard to feel empathy. So, in some cases, life experiences challenge book knowledge. Professors reject issues due to no real-life use of their taught subject. So, newly educated advisors with no life experiences may find it hard to empathize or connect with clients.
